If you would like special prayers, whether praises or needs, there are several ways they are accommodated at St. Mark. We have a PRAYER CHAIN, headed up by Lori Cook who can be reached at 760.930.9702. This is a telephone "chain" where six leaders each contact the first person in their group, who contacts the next person, etc., until all members of the group have been called. The intercessors keep the specific person in their daily prayers for two weeks, after which time they commend the request to God. People participate in this prayer chain on a volunteer basis.

An expanded version of the above is a MASS EMAIL hereby the prayer requests can be sent out all at once to as many members of St. Mark that have email addresses. In this way, a larger number of members can be alerted to a prayer need, and the need can be communicated more quickly. Email Charlene Hansen with your prayers at canddhansen@roadrunner.com.

During worship services at St. Mark, there is a "St. Mark PRAISE/PRAYER REQUEST" form that can be found on the greeting table or in the back of the church on the counter. If your would like a prayer said for you or a loved one, or a situation, just write the details on this form. You can then give it to the Greeter, an Usher.
